Keen, known professionally as Keenwrld, is a Dutch artist and performer based in Amsterdam. Working at the intersection of RnB and Afro, he is known for a melodic approach and energetic delivery, moving between melodic moments and high-energy performance.[1]
Career [ book ]
Keenwrld released the single Bandobaby in 2024, followed by Dance. in 2025.[2] In August 2025 he released MON AMI, an afrobeat collaboration with Kotobo featuring AVATAR.[2] The French music blog Extravafrench reviewed the track as a solar take on the afrobeat wave sweeping dancefloors, built on a hypnotic, near-minimalist rhythm line, and noted Keenwrld's assured, magnetic presence on the record.[3]
As a live performer he adapts to different line-ups, working both as a supporting act and as a standalone performer within urban-focused programming.[1]
