APX Office, based in Zaandam, the Netherlands (“APX Office”, “we”), is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG).
What data we collect
When you submit a booking request, contact form or website brief, we collect the data you provide: your name, email address, phone number, organization, and the content of your message (such as event date, location and budget indication).
Our website also uses Google Tag Manager and related analytics tools, which may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Why we process this data
We use your data to: respond to your inquiry; prepare and administer bookings, agreements and invoices; and — only with your consent — keep you informed about our services. The legal bases are: performance of a contract, legitimate interest (responding to inquiries and running our business), and consent (analytics and marketing).
How long we keep data
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request. Data related to bookings, agreements and invoices is kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. You may request deletion of your data at any time where no legal retention obligation applies.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers needed to run our website and administration (such as hosting and email providers), and with parties involved in fulfilling a booking (such as venues), always limited to what is necessary.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. You can also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@apxoffice.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
